[hopeless]

Too much to think about,
Passion clouds my mind,
The past leads me to doubt,
And the logic of this realm I cannot find.

This can't be a lie, to feel so safe,
I’ve lost track of time,
I could float away wrapped in this warm embrace,
There are so many butterflies* I'm blind.

The pressure of the present is gone,
Can I let myself fall,
Should I have faith in what waits beyond
The vial of time and fait, can I risk it all?

I don't know, only time can tell,
But time doesn't exist here outside of my shell.
